At the end of the month, according to the rules, a monthly meeting was held with representatives of the general contractor, quality manager, and other team members. The progress of work completed in December was reviewed, volumes were agreed upon, and plans for the next month were discussed.
At Marsa Construction Management, we never approve payment for completed works until we verify everything. If the reports contain works with incorrect volumes or that were not completed, they are not approved from our side, the amount is crossed out from the report and the developer does not pay for these works.
