December has been a productive month for Project Moon Rock, as key construction milestones have been achieved. This update provides an overview of the progress, highlighting our commitment to efficient construction management and quality results.

Electrical Infrastructure Established

In coordination with PLN, a dedicated power line has been installed, and a transformer has been set up. This marks a critical step in ensuring stable and reliable electricity for the villas.

Flooring Work Underway

The team is making significant progress on laying ceramic tiles in the residential rooms, enhancing the interior finish and durability.

Ceiling Preparations in Progress

The ceilings are being prepped with gypsum board installations as the first step before adding decorative panels, ensuring a seamless and aesthetic finish.

Installation of GRC Panels

Work has commenced on installing GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) panels. Chosen for their cost-efficiency, ease of installation, and moisture resistance, these panels serve as the foundation for future decorative finishes.

Ceiling Frame and Gypsum Board Installation

The ceiling framework is nearing completion, with gypsum board being applied to provide a solid base for decorative finishes.

Exterior Wall Plastering Nears Completion

The external wall plastering of the villas is almost finished, creating a clean and durable exterior surface.

Roofing Milestone Achieved

Mock-Up Unit Decorative Panels

Work on the mock-up unit has advanced, with decorative wall panels now being installed to showcase the envisioned aesthetic of the final villas. The panels were chosen as an alternative to plaster, they have a wide range of patterns, are easy to install, moisture resistant, and can be easily replaced if accidentally damaged by guests
