We are proud to announce the successful completion of one of our residential construction projects in Bali — Moon Rock Villas by Ribas.
In December 2025, the project was fully finalized, and all required permits, including
PBG and SLF, were officially obtained. The entire villa complex has been handed over to the hotel operator Ribas group, who is now responsible for its operational management.
This project reflects our core expertise in construction management in Bali, covering compliance, quality control, and full project delivery.

The complex features a spacious guest parking area constructed using grass block paving, allowing natural grass to grow through and creating an eco-friendly, landscape-integrated solution. This approach enhances drainage while preserving a natural visual appearance.

One of the key architectural elements at the entrance is a decorative pond and waterfall, developed as part of the original concept by Big Waves Development.
Our construction management team coordinated a specialized contractor to execute the full scope of work, including architectural detailing, basin construction, and installation of the water circulation and filtration systems.

The complex includes an open-air reception area, a bar, and a restaurant operating with room service support for the villas.
Our responsibilities included developing layouts, defining technical specifications, selecting equipment, and ensuring proper MEP connections in line with hospitality construction standards.

Along the villa facades, decorative landscaping is supported by an automatic irrigation system programmed via timers.
This reduces manual maintenance requirements and ensures consistent greenery. Decorative lighting was installed to enhance the evening ambiance and guest experience.

All bathrooms are finished with ceramic tiles , and all sanitary equipment was sourced and imported by our team directly from China.
Each villa is equipped with towel dryers, which are essential for comfort in Bali’s humid tropical climate, especially in areas such as Ubud.

All furniture was manufactured in Indonesia by contractors from Bali, Jakarta, and Jepara, ensuring quality craftsmanship and optimized logistics.
Each villa features multiple lighting scenarios designed for different times of day and guest moods.
Walls are finished with WPC panels, which are easy to replace in case of damage.
All villas are fully equipped with household appliances: washing machines, dishwashers, air conditioners, TVs, kitchen hoods, refrigerators, microwaves, and more.

Each villa has its own private backyard, swimming pool with a decorative waterfall, sun loungers, and umbrellas for relaxation.
The location offers breathtaking jungle views that open toward rice fields and spectacular sunsets, enhancing the overall resort experience.

The 2-bedroom villas feature spacious living rooms with lounge zones and soft sofas, providing enough space for large families or groups of guests to relax comfortably.

A combination of decorative chandeliers and 7-meter-high curtains creates a sense of vertical openness, elegance, and warmth, reinforcing the premium atmosphere of the interiors.
