A 29-apartment boutique hotel with its own restaurant, bar, rooftop cinema, and 25-meter swimming pool with unique art by the famous artist Koketit
Technical features:
- The structure of the building was designed by highly skilled specialists from Germany, and the dense soils allowed us to do without piles. Slab foundation, no beams, columns of the same size throughout the building, the same thickness as the walls. All of this allowed us to speed up the construction and save a lot of money for the developer.
- We used only certified TS420 rebar, and K400 concrete with water-repellent additives
- Decorative panels instead of plaster and handmade mosaics for the pool were used in the decoration. Incredible pivot doors 2.70 meters high and 1.20 meters wide
- High-quality cabinetry, plumbing that was made specifically for this project, and branded appliances
- The hotel uses a bio-treatment station to avoid polluting the environment

- procurement in China and logistics of goods to Bali

To select the plumbing for this project, we visited 3 exhibitions, and 10 showrooms, received catalogs from 15 manufacturers
