We are proud to announce the successful completion of the AWWA Boutique Hotel construction project.
As of November 2025, construction progress reached 100%, and in December 2025 the project officially received all required permits, including PBG and SLF. The hotel was commissioned and handed over to the hotel operator for full-scale operations.
This project became our first completed hospitality construction project in Bali, delivered in just 1.5 years from design development to final handover.
The main architectural highlight of the hotel is the 25-meter swimming pool featuring a unique artistic pattern designed by the world-renowned artist Koketit.
The graphic concept was created exclusively for AWWA and executed by local specialists under our strict technical supervision and creative quality control.
The poolside relaxation area was designed as a central social space, combining functionality, aesthetics, and guest comfort.
It reflects our approach to hospitality construction management in Bali, where design, engineering, and guest experience must work as one system.
During the construction phase, our team proposed adding a rooftop area to increase the project’s value.
The rooftop became a multifunctional space for yoga sessions, remote work, relaxation, sunrise observation, and movie screenings using a large projector.
The design was revised, engineered, and successfully implemented.
Decorative curtain waves, custom-made according to the design concept, were installed in the reception and Joglo areas.
Their movement in the wind creates a calm and atmospheric environment that defines the hotel’s identity.
The hotel consists of two floors and offers two types of apartments.
Each unit features large panoramic windows and a wide entrance group, ensuring abundant natural light.
Tropical landscaping was added to provide privacy and enhance the visual experience.
Interior finishing was executed using high-quality materials, including 60×60 ceramic floor tiles and decorative wall panels.
All rooms offer multiple lighting scenarios, furniture, appliances, and full functionality for comfortable long-term and short-term stays.
Each apartment is equipped with a modern functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals if desired.
All built-in furniture was manufactured by Home Style, ensuring quality consistency and long-term durability.
Spacious bathrooms feature large showers and premium sanitary equipment that we personally imported from China.
Greenery and decorative elements were added to create a balance between modern design and natural comfort.
Signature design elements by Koketit ****can be found throughout the interiors and finishing details.
AWWA represents style, aesthetics, and a cozy boutique atmosphere.
We are proud to be part of this project.
High standards set by the developer Big Waves Development, strong competition in the Canggu area, and high guest expectations required us to maintain uncompromising quality in every aspect of construction and project execution.
