Project Overview and Development Concept
The villa’s structure was designed to withstand the possible load of an 8-point earthquake. For the load-bearing structures, we used a pile foundation, a retaining wall on one side of the plot, K350 concrete with water-repellent additives, and TS420-certified reinforcement.
The roof structure is made of hollow steel with a thermal insulation layer and a high-quality bitumen coating.
We use decorative panels instead of classic plaster in the interior decoration.

An interesting fact
To select the wooden furniture for the Moon Rock Villa, we looked for manufacturers in the city of Jepara on the island of Java, also called the furniture capital of Indonesia because 85% of the city’s population works in furniture production.
